We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives, foster employee engagement, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role requires a proactive person who can navigate complex business environments and provide expert guidance to leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering insights on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design to drive sustainable growth.
- Ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives, enhancing team performance and promoting organizational success.
- Lead transformational efforts, guiding leaders through change management, cultural evolution, and structural shifts.
- Master talent development: Identify skill gaps, design learning programs, and implement initiatives that strengthen leadership and technical capabilities.
- Support employee relations, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company policies; Solid knowledge of local labor law
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with privacy standards and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with regional HR leads to ensure seamless execution of HR strategies across the global organization.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions, enhancing talent management and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with P&C Services and P&C Practices to drive strategic initiatives, including Total Rewards, Talent Discovery, Diversity & Inclusion.
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership, enabling informed decision-making around talent and organizational dynamics.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Min 5 years of experience, ideally matrix org
- Excellent interpersonal skills,
- Excellent communication (CZ and EN)
- Ability to combine people centricity and business focus
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Analytical problem solving and decision-making skills to be able to translate business requirements into clear P&C strategy
- Strong strategic influencing skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experienced in driving global cultural projects and talent initiatives across different demographic groups
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results.
