Minerva Imaging is seeking a skilled Senior AI Developer to join our innovative Digital Solutions and Technology department.

About the Role
In this role, you'll lead the AI development of automatic voxel segmentation and ROI detection of images and play a pivotal role in the development of our internal Python applications together with your colleagues in our development team. You'll collaborate closely with our R&D imaging team, ensuring the smooth integration and continuous improvement of automating imaging processes utilizing AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of AI models and algorithms for imaging applications.
  • Collaborate with the R&D imaging department to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Optimize and enhance the developed AI models to improve performance and accuracy.
  • Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and imaging technologies.
  • Mentor and guide other developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient code in Python.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on the developed solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as an AI Developer, with a focus on medical imaging processing, deep learning techniques, and Python coding.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV).
  • Knowledge of DICOM.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

On-Site Requirement:

  • This position is on-site, and the successful candidate must be able to participate in on-site interviews and work at the offices in our facility in Ølstykke.
