Job Details

• Efficiently allocate manpower and machinery resources (tools & equipment) based on production needs and priorities.
• Perform regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure safety measures are in place and effective.
• Educate employees on the correct use and maintenance of PPE to ensure its effectiveness in protecting against specific hazards.
• Responsible for providing the day-to-day technical assistance required for the production team.
• Able to read the General arrangement drawings (GA) and Machine assembly drawings.
• Capture and record the working hours of all production staff in the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean manufacturing/Lean Principles,5S practices in the shop floor.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics systems to oversee their assembly, operation, and maintenance and trouble shooting.
• Oversee the painting process, ensuring that parts are painted according to specifications and quality standards and manage the storage systems.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health and Safety standards (ISO 45001).
• Utilize analytical skills to monitor production output, identify trends, and ensure targets are being met.
