YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
As a CRM Assistant Intern, you will support the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team in executing data-driven marketing campaigns, enhancing customer engagement, and optimizing our loyalty program. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in email marketing, customer insights, and database management within a fast-paced fashion environment.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Help analyse customer data using Bloomreach CRM.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and customer insights via dashboards and Google Analytics.
  • Assist in creating briefs for newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to ongoing CRM strategies and customer engagement initiatives
  • Assist in the execution of CRM campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty) using our CRM platform.
  • Help segment customer data to ensure personalized and targeted communications.
  • Support the analysis of customer behavior and campaign performance using Power BI, Google Analytics, or other reporting tools.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the customer database to ensure accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
  • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Conduct competitive research to identify industry best practices in CRM and loyalty.
  • Provide administrative support to the CRM team as needed.

  • Interested in customer analytics and CRM tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organisational and reporting skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Passion for fashion, retail, and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and customer insights.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Power BI or Google Analytics is a bonus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • A proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
