On July 1st, Topdanmark will integrate into If, making If the second-largest insurance company in Denmark while continuing to be the largest in the Nordics.
About the role
This is an opportunity to join a global TA organization as a key business partner in Denmark and to make a real impact in the organization. You will play a crucial role in the integration of Topdanmark into If within our field, by being the first Talent Acquisition Partner in the Danish Volume TA team. While you’ll have TA colleagues locally, you will be responsible for operationally driving the Volume area in Denmark.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will spend most of your time managing end-to-end volume recruitments, mainly for advisor and sales roles, but also support in specialist recruitments when needed. You will also participate in global TA development projects.
The role offers a high degree of autonomy. You will have ownership of your projects and work strategically with stakeholders to ensure a great candidate experience and a professional recruitment process.

About the team
You will be part of the Nordic Volume team, reporting to the Team Lead for Volume TA. The team consists of nine Talent Acquisition Partners and three part-time coordinators across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. You’ll also be part of the larger TA organization of over 25 dedicated professionals.

Who are you?
You are passionate about Talent Acquisition and motivated to take on this key role in securing the best processes and talent for our organization. With a proactive mindset and strong inner drive, you stay updated on best practices and know how to balance theory with practical application.
You take ownership of the full recruitment process, support hiring managers with successful recruitments, and build strong relationships that allow you to influence and drive change with stakeholders. You work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
You also have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience independently leading end-to-end recruitments
- Relevant academic degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- A proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions
- Experience with competence-based interview techniques and psychometric tests
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve recruitment processes
- Experience using recruitment and HR systems
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
Additional facts and the recruitment process:

Process: We use tests during screening to increase fairness and objectivity. Relevant candidates will be invited to take a GMA and personality test. You will receive complete test reports after completion. First interviews will take place in the beginning of week 19, and second interviews will take place 12th – 13th of May.
Location: Ballerup. Some traveling within the Nordic countries may be required, approximately 2-3 times/year.
Start: August 2025.
Final candidates will undergo a background check before employment, according to local legislation.
