We are looking for a dedicated Student Assistant to join our Market Insights & Support team in Odense. Your contributions will be essential in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the development and maintenance of analytical and reporting solutions.

About the job
As our Student Assistant, you will work 10-20 hours per week, becoming a key player in a team focused on commercial reporting tools and solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in developing and maintaining our data cubes, which are crucial for Orifarm's commercial data foundation.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly market reports
• Develop and optimize PowerBI solutions, maintaining the PowerBI environment.
• Support the team in optimizing, standardizing, and automating reports and processes to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze competitor performance through our competitor hub.
• Assist in creating presentations for various purposes, including management meetings.

You will report to Josefine Toftdal, Commercial Strategy Specialist, and collaborate closely with the Market Insights & Support Team. Please note that we require the student assistant to work primarily in the office to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.

Who are you?
We envision you as someone who is currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or similar with at least two years remaining in your studies. You must be detail-oriented, proactive and a team player eager to ensure that the whole team succeeds.

Additionally, we imagine that you;

• Possesses strong analytical skills and is proficient in data handling and reporting.
• Has experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and preferably PowerPoint.
• Is familiar with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools (not a requirement for the position)
• Communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
