We are looking for a structured and proactive Executive Assistant to our Chief Supply Chain Officer, with strong coordination and communication skills. You have experience supporting top-level executives and are confident in handling complex calendars, KPIs, and business-critical presentations.
About the job
As Executive Assistant to our Chief Supply Chain Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the management of Orifarm’s entire supply chain function, including manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, S&OP, and procurement. Your contributions will help ensure smooth operations and strategic alignment across departments.
Your primary tasks will be to;
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, including calendar management and travel planning
- Prepare and edit high-level presentations for board meetings, townhalls, and internal communication
- Follow up on KPIs and ensure timely tracking and reporting of key performance indicators
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and facilitate communication between the CSCO and various departments
- Organize and maintain documentation and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
You will report directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and be a part of Orifarm’s global Supply Chain organization.
Who are you?
You have a relevant Master’s degree within Business Administration, Supply Chain or similar, and 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or executive support role. You are tech-savvy, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are confident preparing polished business presentations and reports. You excel at handling sensitive information with discretion and always maintain an overview – even with many simultaneous tasks.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and possess strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Additionally, we expect you to possess;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with KPI tracking and reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Location
