You're a seasoned Senior Product Designer with a track record of building and shipping exceptional digital products.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead design projects from concept to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and polished user experience.
• High-Quality UI: Deliver thoughtful UI designs that meet our defined goals and elevate the user experience.
• Craftsmanship: Demonstrate a passion for design quality, consistency, and the finer details that make a product great.
• Innovative Thinking: Approach problems with a visionary mindset, unafraid to take the path less traveled and challenge conventional design norms.
• Action-Oriented Approach: Quickly identify what you need to know to shape the best experience, focusing on delivering impactful results over extensive processes.
• Collaborative: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—developers, product managers, UX researchers—to translate insights into innovative user experiences
  

Your Skills & Experience:

• UI/UX Expertise: 7+ years designing consumer-facing digital products.
• Visual Craft: Skilled in creating polished interfaces, animations, and interactions.
• Proven Track Record: Portfolio showcasing state-of-the-art UI work.
• Tools: Expert in Figma and tools like Spline, Cursor, Lovable, or simple code.
• AI Curiosity: Experience with or strong interest in AI-powered experiences
• Startup Mentality: Background in fast-paced environments, ideally in tech or media.
• Strong Communicator: Comfortable presenting and advocating design decisions.
• Content Passion: Bonus if you’re into audio, video, and the future of entertainment
