About the Role
Diasorin is seeking a strategic and experienced Sales Manager Nordics to lead commercial operations across the region. This high-impact role involves managing a team of Country Managers and a Molecular Sales Specialist, driving sales performance, and fostering strong customer relationships across key markets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of regional sales strategies with a strong focus on Sweden and Denmark
- Motivate and support the team in achieving sales targets and customer growth
- Leverage Salesforce.com and CRM tools for sales performance, forecasting, and reporting
Customer Engagement & Business Growth
- Strengthen relationships with hospital labs, diagnostic providers, and research institutions
- Identify new business opportunities, especially within the molecular diagnostics portfolio
- Navigate market-specific regulatory and reimbursement frameworks to optimize approach
Team & Operational Management
- Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable sales team
- Coordinate closely with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales success
- Provide strategic insights and participate in senior-level reporting and reviews
Candidate Profile
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in in vitro diagnostics (IVD) sales
- Strong knowledge of serology, microbiology, and molecular diagnostics
- Established relationships with Nordic hospital and lab decision-makers
- Experience with funnel management, budgeting, and revenue forecasting
- Commercial mindset and data-driven strategic thinking
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
- Willingness to travel within the Nordic region (approx. 3 days/week)
- Excellent English communication skills; fluency in Swedish is highly preferred. Additional Nordic languages are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within international diagnostics companies or similar commercial environments
- Academic background in microbiology, clinical chemistry, or biomedical sciences
- Familiarity with global corporate reporting structures
