THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you a strategic thinker with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for products?

Join our dynamic Buying & Merchandising team and play a key role in driving our online growth. You’ll take ownership of commercial performance, stock management, and strategic planning — all while collaborating closely with our buying team to deliver the right products, at the right time, for the right customers. Together, you’ll be responsible for meeting (and exceeding!) seasonal targets.

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Merchandise Analyst to join our team as we are transitioning to our new office in Copenhagen.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Champion best practices in merchandise planning, reporting, and analysis to elevate the function
• Analyze and forecast sales, stock, and sell-through to maximize commercial potential and flag risks
• Take swift action on in-season trading opportunities and underperforming styles
• Optimize buying budgets, margin, stock levels, and product assortment in collaboration with Buying
• Support the buying process through detailed buying analysis, margin calculations, and brand performance reviews
• Contribute to the development and execution of both short- and long-term category strategies
• Partner with Marketing, Logistics, Product, and Buying to ensure strong commercial performance

YOUR PROFILE

• A proven track record in Merchandise Analysis/Planning from a FMCG company is a must
• Data-driven thinker with a passion for products and trends
• A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
• Advanced Excel- & BI skills with proven ability to draw conclusions & actionable insights
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and structured in your approach
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and always looking to improve processes
• Excellent time-management skills; thrives in a fast-paced industry
• Strong communicator and team player with a collaborative mindset

LOCATION
From Q1 2026, the work will be done from our new office located in Copenhagen (Kalvebod Brygge 1, 1560 København, Denmark). Until then, the work will be split between our current smaller Copenhagen office and our Head office in Hyllie, Malmö (30-minute commute from central Copenhagen).
