Job Description
We're in search of a highly motivated Senior Backend Developer to join our ever-growing team. As a senior developer, you will lead the charge in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions using Python. You will collaborate closely with our development team to ensure the timely delivery of top-notch software products.

Responsibilities:

• Craft, develop, and maintain intricate software solutions using Python.
• Write pristine, scalable, and easily maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and introduce new features.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Act as a mentor and guide for junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of five years of Python development experience.
• Exhibit strong proficiency in Python, Django, and related technologies.
• Demonstrate experience in database design and management.
• Showcase excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Have robust communication abilities and a knack for working in a team.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
