Join our Site Integration and play a key role in a global setup
At BEUMER Group, we create systems for handling baggage in airports and parcels for logistics companies all over the world. We not only design and install the systems but also make sure they run smoothly for many years, which requires continues training for our on-site employees, who are based all over the world.

As a Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and improving training processes to support these global teams. You’ll work closely with product experts to design impactful training materials and coordinate training sessions across multiple time zones

Create the best development for your new colleagues
Your tasks will include:

  • Coordinating Training Activities: Managing schedules, communicating with participants worldwide, and ensuring smooth execution of all training events.
  • Supporting Daily Operations: Handling tasks such as training registrations, updates, and administrative support for ongoing initiatives.
  • Creating and Structuring Training Material: Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop engaging and standardized materials that meet global standards.
  • Maintaining Standards: Ensuring training materials and processes align with organizational requirements and keeping training-related lists updated.

You will both work independently and partner up with other teams and stakeholders to achieve the common goals and finding opportunities to make training programs and processes better.

Hands-on and structured coordination
We imagine that you have a background as a training coordinator or similar field, but most importantly to be able to handle multiple tasks, as this is a key feature in having success in the job. We also imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant education within either Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communication or a similar field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training tools is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and can connect with people across diverse groups - additional languages are a plus.

You are service-minded and willing to go the extra mile and even though you thrive in creating structure, you are still able to be creative when needed and find innovative solutions, but still manage to have a quality-focus, paying attention to the details
