About the Role
Your responsibilities can include:

• Designing and building end-to-end data and AI solutions that address real business challenges.
• Collaborating seamlessly with technical teams to deliver scalable, maintainable systems.
• Contributing directly to the development lifecycle, from proof-of-concept to production.
• Staying ahead of emerging technologies to continuously improve our solutions.
• Serving as the bridge between business requirements and technical excellence to ensure solutions deliver value.

What You Bring
You’re a technically skilled professional with:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in data engineering or AI/ML solution development.
• Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar (preferred, but not required).
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise with tools and platforms such as:
  • Python and SQL
  • Microsoft Azure (Azure ML, Data Factory)
  • Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow)
  • GenAI frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel) and applications with LLM APIs
  • MLOps and orchestration tools
• Mindset and Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, pragmatic thinking, and a passion for leveraging technology.
