Loyalty Key is a leading company in customer loyalty and engagement, and we are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to strengthen our technical team. Through our innovative solutions, we help businesses build and maintain long-term and valuable relationships with their customers.

For us, it's a given that you have a strong grasp of object-oriented methods and know your MVCs by heart, but we also place great value on a match between you and the personal qualities we prioritise: you have good collaboration skills, are results-oriented, and proactive.

You’ll become part of a strong community of about 40 people, headquartered at Dampfærgevej in Copenhagen. Here, we all work toward the same goal: to stay ahead of customer needs and to execute on them. You’ll be sitting with the rest of the IT department, a team currently consisting of 8 employees, where we focus on creating a good work environment, a relaxed atmosphere, and a spirit where we can make independent decisions but also succeed as a team.

Your primary tasks will include:

• Working on and further developing our SaaS solutions
• Implementing new functionality, tools, and platforms
• Improving and optimising the stability of existing solutions (performance testing, automated tests, etc.)
• Following development best practices
• Code reviewing and collaborating with colleagues
• Participating in the planning and implementation of new projects

• GitLab (Git, CI/CD)
• Laravel
• Docker
• Kubernetes

• You are comfortable working with Laravel
• You have experience with relational database structures such as MySQL and knowledge of database optimization
• You have experience with REST APIs
• You have experience with Git and code versioning
• You’re not afraid to contribute new ideas and have the professional expertise to support your arguments
• You can explain the reasoning behind your solutions and thrive on constructive criticism and collaboration
• You can take a task from start to finish — including estimating the time required, planning the task, and implementing your code without compromising on performance or quality
• It is a requirement that you have residence and work permit in Denmark
