At GlobalConnect, we’re on a mission to deliver world-class fiber infrastructure across the Nordics — and Finland is one of our most important growth markets. With over 60,000 SDU customers already connected, we’re now launching and scaling our MDU business from scratch.
As Head of MDU in Finland, you’ll lead that charge. This is your chance to build something meaningful with real strategic ownership, clear metrics for success, and the backing of one of the region’s leading infrastructure providers.
What you will be working on:
· Launch, lead, and scale GlobalConnect’s MDU business in Finland
· Build and grow a high-performing sales and delivery team (starting with ~5 FTEs)
· Own the MDU go-to-market strategy—from tactical plans to on-the-ground execution
· Drive the full sales cycle: coach the team, improve sales processes, and close major housing association and municipality deals
· Define and track performance metrics like activated MDU’s, monthly recurring revenue, and customer satisfaction
· Collaborate with management to continuously improve product offering and market approach
· Be a strong local leader and team builder—working cross-functionally to unite operations, sales, and support

Skills & Requirements
To get started, we believe you bring:
· Proven experience in MDU sales — ideally both as an individual contributor and as a team lead
· A strong commercial mindset and the ability to build and close smart, high-impact deals
· Solid understanding of the Finnish telecom landscape, especially in fiber and broadband
· Leadership experience with a passion for building teams and creating structure
· The ability to collaborate across teams, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly
· Fluency in Finnish and English (Swedish is a big plus)
· A builder’s mentality—you see greenfield as an opportunity, not a challenge
