Join Our APAC Regional Team as Head of Retail Operations, Asia Pacific (APAC)!

Are you a dynamic retail leader ready to take on a pivotal role across a diverse and fast-growing region?

We’re looking for a Head of Retail Operations, Asia Pacific to lead sales growth and drive operational excellence within one of the world’s most fun and innovative retail brands.

As the Head of Retail Operations, APAC, you will ensure the profitable performance and compliance of our franchise stores. You’ll lead regional retail operations, optimize store openings, drive key KPIs, and partner closely with franchisees and internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences across multiple countries.

You will also serve as a crucial link between our global headquarters in Denmark and our franchise partners throughout the Asia Pacific region.

You will work from our regional office in Singapore and report to our Regional Director, APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse KPIs including sales, footfall, conversion, ABV, and ABQ to identify trends and opportunities

• Create and lead data-driven action plans to address underperformance and drive growth

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Store Ops teams

• Operational Excellence, lead store operations strategy aligned with sales and expansion goals

• Ensure consistent execution of our Easy Store operating model

• Coach, mentor, and train franchisees to improve team capabilities and store performance

• Conduct regular business reviews with franchisees to ensure KPI progress and profitability

• Build strong relationships and foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture

• Align with global HQ and local franchisees, sharing best practices and addressing feedback

• Report regularly to the Regional Director on operations, performance, and partner needs

What You Bring

• Experience in retail management or store operations at a regional/area level

• Deep knowledge of retail KPIs, store execution, and franchise operations

• Strong financial acumen with P&L, cost control, and revenue optimization

• Proven ability to lead across cultures and geographies

• Strong adaptability to change and evolving business needs

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
