About the job
As an Ecommerce Specialist at Hello Retail, you’ll become a trusted partner for a broad segment of our customer base and play a vital role in their success journey. This is a dynamic position where you’ll combine customer interaction, problem solving, and insight-driven communication to ensure our customers get the very best out of Hello Retail.
Most of your work will center around direct customer dialogue – handling inbound questions, solving challenges, and making sure customers feel supported and confident in using our platform. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to broader initiatives like sharing knowledge, supporting webinars, or collaborating on email campaigns, helping us improve the customer experience at scale.
The role offers a unique opportunity to dive deep into ecommerce trends and serve the newest technologies, while working closely with colleagues across departments. You’ll learn what drives growth for online retailers, spot patterns in customer behavior, and help turn insights into action.
