Hi, I'm Shinta Darling, Partner and DPO at Colourbox.de and Skyfish.de. We are currently looking for reinforcement. It could be you!

Whether in Berlin or Odense (DK): You would be a sparring partner for our more than 70 German enterprise customers and ensure that they get the best from our two solutions:

Colourbox.de - our stock media platform with millions of photos, illustrations and videos
Skyfish.de - our DAM platform for keeping visual content organized and secure

What you would do:

• Build trusting relationships with our customers
• Help them get the most out of Colourbox & Skyfish
• Recognize opportunities and keep an eye on customer satisfaction
• Work closely with Sales and Product Development

What you should bring with you:

• Experience in customer success, account management or similar
• A communicative, open manner
• Interest in digital solutions and visual communication
• Native German and proficient English for internal communication (Danish is a bonus, but not a must)
