About The Position
As Dwarf’s new Client Director, you’ll help define the agency’s future client landscape with a strong foundation in digital strategy and commercial insight. You bring a natural commercial drive and a deep understanding of client needs, as you’ll play a key role in new business efforts and the development of Dwarf’s client portfolio.
You should have a passion for building new client relationships and experience in doing so successfully. You’ll also support the agency’s marketing and commercial initiatives in close collaboration with the CCO and Head of Marketing.
You’ll be involved throughout the entire client journey — from the initial pitch to final delivery — acting as the client’s strategic and commercial partner in close cooperation with the project team. You’ll maintain and grow long-term client engagements and drive strategic initiatives that support their digital transformation. Additionally, you’ll provide advisory support and strategic sparring at the executive level.
You’ll report to the agency’s CCO, Manees Joakim Newton Nør.
Your Profile
You have at least 4–5 years of experience in a similar or related role, such as Client Director or Account Director. A relevant background in marketing, digital or communications is an advantage but not a requirement.
You bring a strong commercial track record from the agency world, particularly within strategic digital solutions — ideally with a focus on eCommerce.
You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and can adapt your message to different audiences. You’re passionate about your work and motivated by making a real impact.
You thrive on networking, spotting market opportunities, initiating new dialogues, and developing them based on solid research and a clear understanding of client needs. You’re an experienced and empathetic professional who enjoys responsibility and building strong relationships.

- Speak and write fluent Danish and English
In short, your responsibilities include
- Developing and executing digital strategies that create real business value
- Advising clients on digital strategy, UX/design, and technology — with a special focus on eCommerce
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Driving new business (including research and client growth)
- Creating growth by identifying and leveraging opportunities within existing accounts
- Spotting opportunities for innovation, design, technology, and AI in clients’ businesses
- Conducting outreach through networking, LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Collaborating with marketing on campaigns and lead nurturing
