The Role

We’re looking for a Director of Product to lead both Product and Product Marketing, bringing together innovation, storytelling, and adoption under one vision.

This is a high-impact role at the center of our strategy. You’ll guide a talented team member, shape our roadmap, and define our narrative.

Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining not just what we build — but why it matters and how it wins in the market.

What You’ll Do

Lead Product Vision & Innovation

  • Define and evolve the roadmap. Shape our future as the go-to platform for trusted data and intelligent marketing.
  • Deliver innovation that matters – creating a unified, outcome-driven experience that customers love.
  • Scale AI thoughtfully. Bring to life features and start making analytics more conversational, human, and empowering.
  • Drive excellence and focus. Every release should strengthen usability, trust, and measurable customer impact.

Shape Market Impact & Storytelling

  • Champion our Unified Offering. Turn our integrated platform into a growth story for customers and partners alike.
  • Build our AI narrative. Position us as the trusted data foundation for AI-powered marketing — helping enterprises activate their data with confidence.
  • Lead with clarity and conviction. Create messaging that inspires — showing customers not just what our platform does, but what it makes possible.
  • Empower the business. Work with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to ensure every team can tell our story and win with it.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Marketing, ideally in SaaS, analytics, or martech.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and turn complex challenges into simple, actionable strategies.
  • A critical thinker and storyteller — confident navigating between technical detail, customer insight, and business value.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for shaping products that drive growth.
  • Familiarity with AI, data infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS is a strong plus.
  • Curiosity, energy, and a drive to make an impact — this is a role for someone who loves building what others say can’t be done.
