Do you enjoy turning data into insights that drive business performance? In this role, you will take ownership of financial performance within Consumer Lending and Cards, partnering closely with commercial managers to enhance profitability and improve data efficiency. With a broad scope and tangible impact, you will play a key role in shaping how we use insights to drive smarter and faster business decisions.

You will play a key role in this transformation, helping us shape our data architecture, extract better insights, and ultimately steer the business in the right direction.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing financial results, contribution margins and sales volumes

• Acting as a trusted advisor to commercial managers, supporting them with business cases and financial decision-making.

• Driving the financial planning process to ensure clear targets and alignment

• Structuring and improving how we access and use data for faster, more reliable answers.

• Translating complex data into actionable recommendations that optimize financial performance

On a personal level
You are analytical, structured, and communicative, with a strong ability to translate data into business insights. You thrive in a dynamic environment where curiosity and problem-solving drive continuous improvement and better decision-making

Key experiences:

• Relevant university education in economics, civil engineering or equivalent

• At least 5 years of experience driving financial performance or analysis within the financial industry.

• Experience in extracting data from databases and coding in SQL

• Fluency in both Swedish and English

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik is highly valued
