Drive Strategic Insights & Business Performance Across the Nordics
As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in preparing financial statements, and beyond reporting, you will provide valuable analytical insights into profitability and collaborate closely with management, to shape strategic decisions. The role also involves leading ad-hoc analyses and projects and being part of M&A integrations.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are detail-oriented, structured in your approach, and an analytical thinker who can translate complex financial data into valuable insights.

Moreover, your key responsibilities include:

• Providing financial insights to the management by collecting, analyzing, investigating, and reporting on financial data.
• Involvement in mergers & acquisitions, and especially in post-merger integration.
• Conduct current situation, consequence, and solution analysis on a broad range of finance processes.
• Drive finance transformation and process optimization projects.
• Ensure the correctness of the figures being reported in controlling.
• Be able to support the preparation of financial statements across multiple entities and countries.

What you need to be successful in the role

• Some years of experience from a tier 1 audit company, potentially in combination with experience from a financial controller position.
• An analytical mindset being able to provide insights to management.
• Structured and analytical approach.
• Works independently, is committed, and proactive.
• Meets deadlines and is capable of prioritizing and structuring fixed tasks, ongoing projects, as well as ad hoc tasks.
• Accommodating and a distinct team player who demonstrates respect, humor, and inclusiveness.
