About the team:
We are a dedicated and forward-thinking team based in Nørresundby, specializing in Sales Operations. Our focus includes ensuring that our export and sanctions control processes run smoothly and are fully compliant with regulations. As a trainee, you will play a key role in helping us set up, improve, and streamline our processes for the future, with a strong emphasis on cross-team collaboration.

Key responsibilities
In this role, you will be involved in both operational and strategic tasks that will have a lasting impact on how we manage Export and Sanctions Control. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the review and optimization of current processes for Export and Sanctions Control.
• Assisting in the design and implementation of future processes, ensuring they align with compliance standards and best practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth implementation of new processes.
• Researching and staying up-to-date on relevant export regulations and sanctions laws.
• Helping with documentation and reporting related to compliance activities.
• Supporting the team in internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.

Are a student with a strong interest in international law, trade regulations, and compliance, who is eager to contribute to both the day-to-day operations and long-term improvements of our processes.

Key qualifications include:

• Ongoing studies (preferably with a focus on international law, trade law, or compliance).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude, with an interest in process optimization.
• Knowledge of or interest in export controls and sanctions law is a plus.
