Senior Platform Engineer – Kubernetes Cloud Native:
We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer with deep Kubernetes expertise to join our Cloud Native Solutions team. As a customer-facing architect, you’ll drive Kubernetes platform implementations for leading European enterprises across healthcare, logistics, and financial services—building cross-industry expertise while working with a collaborative team

Responsibilities / what you’ll do

• Drive customer engagements from requirements gathering to production implementation, serving as the main technical contact for Kubernetes platform initiatives

• Design and implement production Kubernetes architectures on AWS, Azure, and GCP for client environments

• Provide technical guidance to customer engineering teams on cloud-native best practices, infrastructure automation, and platform strategy

• Design, develop, and support highly available and secure on-premises and cloud Kubernetes clusters

• Troubleshot complex issues across multi-cloud environments and ensure platform reliability and performance

• Collaborate with the CNS Kubernetes team to define best practices for cluster lifecycle management, automation, and security

• Contribute to our team by sharing experiences and knowledge across projects

Requirments

• 3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments

• Solid experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or similar)

• GitOps approach using tools like ArgoCD, Jsonnet, or similar

• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)

• Understanding of container security, RBAC, and compliance requirements

• Strong English communication skills with ability to lead customer engagements and present technical solutions

• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Denmark

• Located within commuting distance of Ballerup/Copenhagen
