Supply Chain Specialist – Ensuring excellence across the Nordic & Baltic operations
Are you motivated by creating structure, accuracy, and flow in complex supply chain processes? You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth end-to-end order-to-invoice process across the Nordic & Baltic cluster – balancing analytical precision, customer service, and operational execution.

Following a reorganization of the Nordic & Baltic Supply Chain setup, this role offers the opportunity to work in an experienced and supportive team committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

You will manage daily coordination across markets, ensuring reliable deliveries, accurate data, and seamless collaboration between internal teams, customers, warehouses, and logistics partners.

Selected key responsibilities:

• Support reliable daily operations by coordinating the order-to-invoice flow, solving customer complaints, and ensuring structured communication with Sales, customers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
• Monitor key performance drivers such as delivery accuracy, stock availability and master data quality, contributing to efficiency, cost control, and service excellence.
• Strengthen process transparency across the Nordic & Baltic cluster through structured documentation and reporting, KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a key user for SAP S/4 HANA SD and EDI processes, helping to secure efficient workflows, data consistency, and smooth and harmonized process execution.

Working from Dr. Oetker’s Nordic & Baltic hub in Vallensbæk Strand, you will contribute to optimizing processes, increasing data transparency, and supporting a sustainable and agile supply chain serving hundreds of weekly deliveries across retail, professional, and ambient/frozen/chilled categories.

Turn data and coordination into impact
You hold a higher education within Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business, and you bring experience from a supply chain, planning, or logistics function, ideally within FMCG or another fast-moving, data-driven environment. You understand end-to-end supply chain processes, and are comfortable working with demand and supply planning, order flows, distribution, and inventory-related tasks.

You work confidently with data and systems, combining strong Excel skills with solid experience in ERP platforms – ideally SAP S/4 HANA (SD/MM modules), EDI interfaces, and structured master data handling. You enjoy being a key user who supports improvements, testing and implementation of new tools and functionalities. The role requires strong English skills; Scandinavian or Lithuanian language abilities are an advantage. Up to two home-office days per week are possible.
