The Consumer Engagement team in Copenhagen is now looking for an Engagement and Activation Supervisor who can effectively support us to fuel our journey towards a smoke-free future even faster.

Are you passionate about leading high-performing teams, driving commercial success, and shaping the future of consumer engagement? Join us as a supervisor – Engagement & Activation, where you’ll play a pivotal role in activating our product portfolio. You’ll drive sales, foster brand loyalty, and ensure operational excellence through strategic oversight, mentor, and hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs. Cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement best-in-class strategies to maximize brand awareness, sales, and return on investment. Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and coordinate the execution of sales and brand activation strategies across channel. Ensure all activities align with legal, regulatory, and company guidelines.
- Allocate resources efficiently to enhance productivity and achieve business goals. Set performance targets and KPIs, monitor progress, and provide mentoring and support to drive team performance. Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, event organizers, and stakeholders. Act as an ambassador for the company and its products, representing the brand in various environments. Facilitate collaboration and communication between internal and external partners.
- Lead all aspects of training programs for team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge. Promote best practices in storytelling, product demonstration, and customer experience. Ensure all consumer and partner interactions are conducted in line with legal and ethical standards.
- Ensure top-quality execution of events, festivals, and LAMP agreements. Collaborate with Trade Marketing and other teams to design and implement impactful campaigns and initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:
To thrive in this role, you should be open-minded, outgoing, energetic, and possess a can-do attitude. Have a Strong commercial understanding and established networks within the Danish On-trade environment are expected. As a teammate, you excel in relationship building, team development, and resource management.
• Proficiency in English is required for this role, Danish would be highly advantageous
• Experience within events management is an advantage
• Validated experience of having worked in a supervisory position
• At least 3 years of on-trade experience within the FMCG sector
