We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our product. You will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive QA strategy that supports a high standard of delivery across complex software ecosystems.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on testing expertise and enjoys working in close collaboration with product, engineering and leadership teams.
What You’ll Do
QA strategy & leadership
- Own and evolve the end-to-end QA strategy for the Uniify solution.
- Champion a system-level testing approach, ensuring robust validation across the ecosystems.
- Define risk-based testing practices aligned with business priorities.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with CTO, Tech lead and Project Managers to align QA efforts with release cycles.
- Communicate test progress, risks, and blockers clearly to stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and risk assessments.
Production oversight
- Maintain visibility into production deployments, ensuring version control and compatibility.
- Collaborate with CTO and Tech lead to manage customer-specific configurations and mitigate update risks.
Test execution & validation
- Execute manual and exploratory testing, including real-world scenario validation.
- Perform regression, performance, and stability testing across environments.
Test automation & efficiency
- Identify high-value automation opportunities.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of API, integration, and UI automation scripts (e.g., Playwright, Cypress or custom frameworks)
- Advocate for ROI-driven automation to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
What We Are Looking For
- +3 years of experience in test automation (front-end/back-end)
- Strong grasp of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in test automation (playwright, cypress) and CI/CD integration.
- Solid understanding of HTTP/S, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Ability to analyse production environments and troubleshoot versioning issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
