Our Digital Team manages more than 50 innovative solutions: in-house developed tools, external solutions, and projects from headquarters. We are recognized for our expertise in data science, proof of concept, functional prototypes, and Business Intelligence.

We also oversee all PowerBI dashboards for the affiliate. Our users? Every operational entity: offshore and onshore, finance, drilling, field operations, and industrial methods.

Your role
Reporting to the Head of Performance Management, you will act as the Business Intelligence lead for the affiliate and ensure the reliability of the PowerBI suite.

Your main missions

• Deliver relevant analyses for business areas (safety, production, costs) using data from various sources (SAP, PDMS, Synergi, PDF, etc.).
• Improve and maintain existing dashboards:
  • Optimize data architecture for better performance
  • Continuously enhance visualizations to meet strategic objectives
• Animate the local PowerBI community
• Define business needs, develop new dashboards, prepare data, and collaborate with the Data Management team
• Automate connections (SAP, DATA4ALL…), reduce Excel usage, and improve data collection

Additionally…

• Deploy no-code/low-code solutions via Power Apps to automate reports and simplify data collection
• Contribute to the IoT program by developing dashboards with PI (data historian), in collaboration with headquarters and an engineering team in India

Candidate Profile
Education:

• Data Engineer degree or Automation Engineer degree, Technical Engineering degree with strong data culture
  

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in PowerBI, Power Apps, Azure, Python

Languages:

• English: B2/C1 level
• French: B2/C1 level
• Danish appreciated
