Student Assistant - Finance

Carlsberg Integrated Information Technology (CIIT) has an ambitious growth strategy, and we are looking for a strong and service-minded Finance Student Assistant with a keen interest in business.

What you’ll be doing
You will be delivering finance support covering the full value chain to the CIIT organization as well as some administrative support across our Business Units, in an environment that is truly international and global. The environment is highly demanding given the ambitions and high pace characterizing CIIT. You will report directly to the IT Finance Director and work in close cooperation with the Central IT function.

Your tasks will be preparation of PowerBI reports, presentations for Monthly Performance Review and ensuring our internal dashboards and reports are updated and accurate. You will also support our Business Units with the preparation of purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, etc.

We are primarily using the following tools: SAP, MS PowerBI, Aptio. Experience in SAP and PowerBI is therefore an advantage, but not a prerequisite.

What you'll be doing
You are currently pursuing a higher education (Bachelor/Master).

You possess the following personal characteristics:

• Ability to prioritize and keep deadlines
• Structured working methods with an eye for details and focus on precision
• Motivated by administrative tasks and set an honor in creating structure and optimizing processes
• Sense of urgency – with a service-minded attitude
• Ability to work independently as well as in teams and shows readiness to take on ad hoc tasks
• You are flexible, service-minded and can adjust to the situation and the requirements. All of this you combine with a team spirit and focus on succeeding together with others.
• You are fluent in English and a skilled user in MS Office and PowerBI
