At Vestergaard Company, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who can own and evolve our S&OP process and ensure a seamless connection between planning, logistics and warehouse operations. You will be central in securing optimal stock levels, timely deliveries and transparent processes—supporting both production and after-sales activities across our international organization.
Your responsibilities
S&OP and Master Planning:

- Translate constraints and decisions from the S&OP cycle into actionable plans on the operational horizon.
- Develop supply chain strategies that support overall business goals.
Logistics Management:
- Oversee transportation, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery to internal customers, including sister companies.
- Ensure routines, tools and systems are effective, documented and up to date.
Inventory Control:
- Manage material demand and capacity planning end-to-end.
- Determine appropriate stock levels aligned with the S&OP process, balancing availability, cost and risk.
- Optimize demand planning, replenishment and overall inventory performance.
Data and Process Excellence:
- Secure accurate master planning data for produced and purchased products.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Document processes and information flows across Planning, Logistics and Warehouse.
Risk and Compliance:
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
- Oversee and maintain compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements.
Leadership:
- Lead and develop the supply chain team, fostering strong collaboration, clear direction and professional growth.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution across Planning, Logistics and Warehouse.
- Ensure supply chain processes, routines and tools are effective, transparent and up to date.
Your profile
- Solid experience in supply chain management — preferably from a production or industrial environment.
- Strong leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing and developing cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of S&OP, operational planning, logistics and inventory management.
- Experience with ERP/MRP and WMS systems, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
- Analytical mindset with a structured and proactive approach.
- Comfortable leading meetings, driving alignment and ensuring follow-through.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A collaborative mindset that helps build strong relationships across functions.
We offer
