Kopenhagen Konsulting (KK) is a fast-growing, independent consultancy specialised in Cybersecurity, Risk and Digital Enablement. As part of a continued expansion, KK is building a modern ServiceNow practice focused on Integrated Risk Management, Security, Incident Response, and Vulnerability Management. You are not expected to master all three areas — strength in one and curiosity for another is enough.
The Role
As a ServiceNow Consultant, Senior Consultant or Architect, you will help design and deliver impactful ServiceNow solutions for clients. You will work across the full lifecycle from workshops and requirements to configuration, integrations and testing. You ensure quality and clarity throughout delivery, translate business needs into practical workflows, and contribute to the development of a best-in-class ServiceNow practice. Senior and Architect roles will additionally lead workstreams, shape architecture and guide colleagues.
What You Bring
You are pragmatic, analytical and comfortable turning complex processes into working ServiceNow configurations. Depending on your level, you bring professional experience from ServiceNow, security, risk or IT operations and have the communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation. Certifications, agile experience and a relevant degree are advantages, but demonstrated capability matters most. Fluency in English and Danish or another Scandinavian language is required.
