You will join our Group Procurement team – 30 colleagues in HQ Randers and 10 in Krakow – where professionalism, collaboration, and development go hand in hand. Together, we build strong supplier partnerships and drive continuous improvements across categories.
Owner of a Key Strategic Category: Cleaning Services
Your category covers production cleaning services for facilities across multiple countries, ensuring high standards and compliance in a regulated environment. The category is business critical to Danish Crown, hence you will engage with stakeholders on all levels of the organization.
As Category Manager, you combine contract management, stakeholder collaboration, and long-term supplier engagement. You also communicate and drive changes on all levels of the organization, ensuring this strategically important category delivers maximum value.
More specifically, you will:
- Take ownership of the Cleaning Services category with an annual spend of +400m DKK across DK, UK, SE, DE, and PL
- Drive strategic procurement programmes from development to execution
- Support and challenge suppliers through performance frameworks
- Develop internal alignment with stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Ensure compliance and contract efficiency across the group
- Expect 10-20 travel days per year
Strategic thinker with solid procurement or Facility Management experience
With your mindset and ability to build strong supplier relationships, you are ready to take ownership of a key category. You bring structure, drive and a collaborative approach to everything you do.
In addition, we imagine that you:
- Hold a commercial or facility-related degree
- Have some years of experience in strategic procurement or facility management
- Are skilled in negotiation, analytics, and contract management
- Have worked with service contracts and supplier collaboration across locations
- Communicate fluently in both Danish and English
