As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for a motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented Specialist to join our Transaction Monitoring team.

In this role, you will support efforts to detect, investigate, and report suspicious financial activity, helping to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and contributing to the fight against financial crime. You will become part of an amazing team where the ever-changing landscape in financial crime is forming our daily operations and keeping us on our toes to ensure that our customers stay safe.

What will you do?

• Review and analyze transaction alerts to identify potentially suspicious activity.
• Conduct initial investigations and document findings in accordance with internal procedures.
• Stay informed about evolving financial crime trends, society/governmental trends, and regulatory updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the security of our customers and our business.

What are we looking for in you?

• Experience from a similar AML role – ideally within transaction monitoring or investigations on consumer customers.
• Understanding of AML legislation and how it applies to business customers.
• High level of accountability and structure in your documentation and case handling.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish
• Actively contribute to continuous process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
