Join our Management Site Support role in Avedøre
We are looking for a structured and proactive Site Supporter to assist the leadership team at our production site in Avedøre. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient coordination, clear communication, and progress across both administrative and strategic activities.

At Site Avedøre, we pride ourselves on producing high-quality microbes with advanced technology and a committed workforce. Our team works collaboratively across all production departments, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for over 350 employees.

In this role you will make an impact…
You will collaborate closely with the leadership team and engage with various stakeholders across the organization to maintain high standards in both administrative and operational activities.

You will be instrumental in supporting daily operations, ensuring that our site runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, managing internal events, and overseeing communication activities. You will also prepare presentations for investor visits and local meetings, ensuring that Avedøre remains a productive and pleasant workplace for all employees.

In addition, some of your key tasks will include:

• Ensuring effective communication across teams
• Supporting the leadership team with administrative tasks
• Contributing to the overall efficiency of the production site

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the leadership team and interact with all departments on site. You will also liaise with external stakeholders, including Facility Management and IT, to ensure seamless operations.

To succeed you must have:

• A background in business administration or similar
• Experience in production environments
• Strong coordination skills for operational activities
• Proficiency in supporting managers at the production site
• Excellent documentation skills
• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in Danish and English

Additionally, we expect you to possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Your proactive approach will be vital in ensuring that all activities are well-coordinated and executed efficiently.

You should also demonstrate a structured mindset and the ability to manage tasks effectively. Your detail-oriented nature will contribute to the overall success of the team and the organization.
