Imagine starting your day by collaborating with skilled Technical Project Managers and Engineers to ensure the reliable operation of offshore wind turbine installation equipment. You’ll troubleshoot technical challenges, support installation projects, and contribute to innovative solutions that drive the global energy transition.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide technical support for transport, lifting, and installation equipment across offshore execution projects and production facilities
- Maximize equipment uptime through early involvement in design, FMEA, and validation activities
- Conduct root cause analyses, define corrective actions, and implement solutions for deviations and non-conformance cases
- Represent the department in FAT and SAT tests and ensure lessons learned are applied in future developments
- Support quality management and TPM practices, including safety and environmental pillars
- Contribute to improving our equipment rental business and manage technical aspects of the Equipment Life Cycle
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical operational management, ideally in wind or large-scale manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with equipment design, FAT/SAT, product development or maintenance
- Strong skills in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Familiarity with NX, SAP and Teamcenter is an advantage
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach

You will join our Equipment Operations (EQ OPS) Management Team, working closely with offshore execution projects and production facilities. Our team ensures reliable equipment performance and drives innovation to support Siemens Gamesa’s offshore wind mission.
