We are now hiring a Head of Demand Generation to build and run a global demand engine — driving pipeline, revenue, and market visibility across the maritime industry. Your base will be at our headquarter in Farum.
Ready to make waves in maritime digitalization?
You will own the global demand strategy and lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital, paid media, events, ABM, and partner marketing. You will work closely with our global sales team, product marketing, and leadership to ensure strong alignment, transparent reporting, and measurable impact on revenue.
Tasks and reponsibilities:
- Build and execute an integrated demand generation strategy with clear ownership of pipeline, revenue attribution, and performance KPIs.
- Design multi-channel outreach programs (digital, events, email, partner marketing, paid media) targeted at maritime decision-makers.
- Develop ABM initiatives focused on high-value accounts and global fleet operators.
- Translate product positioning and value propositions into compelling, conversion-oriented campaigns.
- Own the marketing funnel and optimize conversion performance
- Develop nurturing, scoring, and automation workflows
- Use analytics, attribution, and insights to continuously improve performance
- Lead marketing tech stack development and best practices in tracking, segmentation, and automation
Who are you?
You are both a strategic architect and an operational executor who understands how to build demand functions that scale internationally. You combine creativity with analytical rigor and know how to translate complex value propositions into campaigns that convert.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation (SaaS, industrial tech, or data-driven solutions)
- Proven success creating scalable demand engines and driving measurable pipeline
- Strong ABM, digital acquisition, and marketing automation skills
- Hands-on, analytical, and commercially driven mindset
- Experience working closely with Sales.
- A structured, collaborative, and execution-focused operator
- International mindset — thrives in a scaling, high-autonomy environment
