About the Position:
Are you looking for an opportunity to drive IT security initiatives and develop digital infrastructures?

As part of our small, collaborative IT & Digitalization team that values learning and enjoys problem-solving, you will have the opportunity to shape our technical landscape and collaborate across teams, contributing to strategic initiatives and IT projects.

You will play a central role in supporting and enhancing our IT operations by providing second-level technical support for infrastructure and business applications, automating and optimizing processes and ensuring business continuity and contributing to cost-optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and continuous development of our digital infrastructure while driving key initiatives within security, networking, and cloud environments.

This role offers hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Containerization, as well as automation, scripting and exploring use cases of AI.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide second-level technical support for IT infrastructure and business applications

• Automate and optimize manual processes to improve efficiency

• Lead initiatives in Security, Network, and Cloud environments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and strategic initiatives

• Contribute to business continuity planning and cost optimization efforts

About You:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Solid knowledge of IT security and network infrastructure

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 platform

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

• Familiarity with Containerization and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell or Python)

• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies

• Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support for IT infrastructure, cloud, and business applications

• Service-minded, structured, proactive, and curious
