Senior Project Manager Opportunity at 3Shape - Lead Strategic Transformation

3Shape is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager within our Product Creation Excellence team. We have recently introduced a new strategy designed to position us as leaders in Digital Dentistry and pave the way ongoing growth. As part of this team, you will play a pivotal role in executing and refining 3Shape’s strategy anchored around Product Creation, leading impactful projects that facilitate organizational change within Product Creation and towards our stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
We are currently undergoing a transformation to professionalize our business and unify our teams and organisations for greater collaboration. Over the past years, we have been implementing agile methodologies, and the main objective of this role is to ensure the adoption of a new target operating model. This model includes a revised governance structure, streamlined development flows, agile work practices, and team compositions. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Creation Excellence, you will collaborate closely with colleagues on all levels. About the Product Creation Excellence Team
Our team is composed of professionals from diverse backgrounds, including consulting, engineering, and commercial disciplines. We focus on a blend of business development, strategy, transformation, process development, and functional priorities. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for executing key projects anchored in Product Creation across our global organisation.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience in consulting or a similar function within a corporate setting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
• Experience driving or contributing to transformation projects or initiatives with cross-site or multi-location impact – is considered a plus.
• Stamina, people skills, and the ability to build relationships are a prerequisite
• A motivation to make a meaningful impact and to be part of an innovative team.
