The Job
As Senior P&O Partner at Novo Holdings, you will join the Strategy & People team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will act as the primary P&O Partner for selected Investment teams, while also holding conceptual ownership of Novo Holdings’ Leadership & Development agenda.
Our diverse and growing investment portfolio exceeds DKK 200 billion and includes life science companies across all development stages, as well as a wide range of public and private equities, bonds, real estate, and infrastructure investments.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hellerup.
Your responsibilities will include:
HR Business Partnering (Primary)
- Act as a trusted Senior P&O Partner to Managing Partners, Senior Partners and leadership teams across key investment areas.
- Guide leaders on performance, leadership development, team dynamics and organisational development.
- Advise on complex people cases, ensuring fair, transparent and timely processes.
- Drive performance processes (Mid-year, Year-end), supporting leaders in dialogues, ratings and development planning.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Reward, Culture & Engagement and People Operations to deliver integrated people initiatives.
Leadership & Development (Conceptual)
- Hold conceptual ownership of Novo Holdings' Leadership & Development agenda, including defining learning frameworks and programme architecture.
- Own the design of Novo Holdings Leadership Programme (objectives, target groups, structure, vendor selection).
- Define learning formats, frameworks and curriculum principles across Novo Holdings.
- Ensure progress and coordination of leadership and development initiatives across Novo Holdings.

Professional and Personal Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A relevant Master’s degree (e.g., HR, Business Administration or related field).
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as HR Business Partner in a complex, senior stakeholder environment.
- Proven experience driving Learning & Development agendas, including leadership programme design.
- Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluency in Danish and English, with strong digital acumen.
