More About the Role and Your Responsibilities
As a Footwear Product Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the product development process and keeping projects on track from concept to delivery. Your core tasks will include:
- Maintenance and registration of products in ERP and design systems
- Registering and maintaining styles, prices and product details
- Follow up on pricing, invoices and confirmations
- Structuring and monitoring sample launches and delivery progress
- Collect price information and drive follow-up with suppliers
- Support day-to-day product development workflows and buying processes
- Assist case-by-case development tasks and cross-department coordination
How to Make the Team
We’re looking for someone who loves creating structure, enjoys teamwork and has a proactive mindset.
To succeed in the role, we expect that you:
- Have 2-3 years of experience from apparel, footwear or textile/sports/fashion brands (footwear
- knowledge is a plus – not a must!)
- Are structured and motivated by planning, follow-up and process handling
- Enjoy an environment with fast pace, deadlines and cross-functional work
- Have strong communication skills and are fluent in English (Danish is a plus)
- Possibly have experience with ERP systems, PLM or similar tools
- Most importantly – you’re motivated by learning, growing and contributing to a winning team
