As Chief Software Architect in Channels Security, you will set the vision and technical direction for Danske Bank’s secure digital channels, leading the transformation to cloud-native, globally scalable, and ultra-secure platforms to the benefit of millions of users. At Danske Bank, we are a team of about 400 professionals committed to delivering key digital banking solutions for both private and business customers. Our Channels Cluster, comprising two tribes, focuses on maintaining a robust channels platform tailored to specific customer segments. The team members are located across Denmark, Lithuania and India creating a rich, diverse and inclusive work environment. Your role as Chief Architect

• Define and drive the architecture for a multi-team programme implementing a new CIAM platform, ensuring seamless integration of business-critical solutions (PCI DSS authentication, regulatory APIs, EU Wallet, and identity provider upgrades) through a modular, scalable, and parallel delivery pipeline
• Define and evangelise the security architecture vision balancing ease of use and solid operational reliability
• Coach lead engineers and architects to optimize and innovate security solutions
• Work with tribe architects and cluster architects to shape the whole digital channels platform

A great match

• Experience as a lead engineer or senior architect
• Extensive experience with public cloud and cloud-native development
• Demonstrated capability in leading large IT changes, with a collaborative and coaching mindset
• Strong hands-on skills combined with the ability to think abstractly and strategically
