THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you a strategic thinker with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for products?

Join our dynamic Buying & Merchandising team and play a key role in driving our online growth. You’ll take ownership of commercial performance, stock management, and strategic planning — all while collaborating closely with our buying team to deliver the right products, at the right time, for the right customers. Together, you’ll be responsible for meeting (and exceeding!) seasonal targets.

We are currently looking for Merchandise Analysts at all levels to join our team as we transition to our new office in Copenhagen, Denmark.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyze and forecast sales, stock, and sell-through to maximize commercial potential and flag risks
• Take swift action on in-season trading opportunities and underperforming styles
• Calculate and forecast seasonal buying budgets based on data-driven insights
• Support the buying process through detailed buying analysis, margin calculations, and brand performance reviews
• Contribute to the development and execution of both short- and long-term category strategies
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan impactful seasonal campaigns and promotions
• Build strong relationships across departments and with external partners
• Work with our Product and Logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries

WHO YOU ARE

• Data-driven thinker with a passion for products and trends
• A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
• Background in e-commerce or FMCG is a plus
• Advanced Excel- & BI- skills and eager to learn more
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and structured in your approach
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and always looking to improve processes
• Excellent time-management skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator and team player with a collaborative mindset

PRACTICAL DETAILS
Location: From Q1 2026, based at our new HQ in Copenhagen (Kalvebod Brygge 1, 1560 København). Until then, work will be split between our smaller Copenhagen office and our current HQ in Malmö (just a 30-minute commute from Copenhagen).

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
