The Superb opportunity:
We are looking for a Product Support Specialist who is passionate about delivering world-class service. You should have a proven track record in helping customers achieve high levels of satisfaction with a Saas Product. You will become a member of a team, who has a massive focus on quality and delivering value to our users. We believe you know your way around technology, and are able to work in a structured way.

What you will do:

  • Work with the rest of the Support team to resolve any tickets or issues faced by your customers.
  • Understand how customers are currently using the products and identify opportunities to increase usage and value gained.
  • Align with the product team to ensure feedback loops and communicate the voice of customers.
  • Monitor health scores and satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure customer retention.
  • Log customer data in our CRM, and ensure that all steps of the process are reported in a structured way.

What you will need:

  • Strong ability to understand technical aspects of software and solve problems.
  • Desire to drive adoption, increase product usage and bring in revenue.
  • A true team player who is efficient, structured, and solution-oriented.
  • Passion for supporting customers and making them successful.
  • English and Danish on a fluent level as you will be using both languages.
  • Live in or near Copenhagen so you can work from our hub.
