We are searching for a Salesforce Administrator for Scoutz Support Team

Scoutz is a Salesforce development hub. Our mission is to deliver and maintain features and solutions for the banks in the BEC community which takes customer experience to the next level and create great value for bank customers and employees.

Even though Scoutz is a Salesforce development hub we are also part of BEC as a full scale Danish banking IT Provider. This means that we have a solid background and access to supporting areas in BEC while we do our best to take customer experience to the next level in our solutions and features.

This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw and you will join our Support Team in Scoutz. The Scoutz Support Team is together with our 10 delivery teams in charge of incident handling and support towards our customers in the 17 banks in the BEC community. As we in Scoutz see support as a team sport you will always get needed assistance and guidance for your daily work from your colleagues in the rest of the Support Team and from the involved delivery teams. Your direct manager will be Karol Kamil Kowalski.

At BEC and Scoutz, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 8 days per month.

Primary task and responsibilities

You will be the main supporter for one of our five business areas, where your role will include:

  • Handling support cases and non-standard requests within the dedicated business area in the most efficient way
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction regarding incident handling in the business area
  • Re-assigning cases to delivery teams when changes in solutions are needed
  • Following up on agreed SLAs and progress within support handling for the business area, and reporting to POs and management
  • Maintaining an ongoing dialogue with POs about support status, progress, and required actions
  • Sharing relevant knowledge from your business area with the rest of the Support Team
  • Assisting with support in other business areas when needed

To succeed you will have:

  • Experience with the Salesforce platform from an administrator point of view
  • Solid professional experience in user support within a domain
  • Strong customer focus and service mindset, consistently striving to develop, improve, and maintain solutions and processes at an excellent standard.
  • Confident in representing the company when interacting with users and external stakeholders, such as bank representatives.
  • Open-minded and courageous in challenging the status quo, always seeking better ways of working.
  • A good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle from a technical perspective, along with a natural interest in technology and data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

It’s nice-to-have:

  • Finance sector knowledge.
  • Experience and knowledge related to our Support Platform “ServiceNow” will be a valuable asset
