Manage ERP transformation projects within a global organisation
Do you want to play a key role in a multi-year ERP transformation journey? As Project Manager – ERP Implementation at NKT, you will manage several projects within our ONE ERP Program, supporting the transition to S/4HANA. This is an opportunity to contribute to a strategic initiative that ensures effective project execution and stakeholder alignment. You will work in an international environment, collaborating with business units, IT teams, and external partners to deliver critical milestones. Manage complex ERP projects across multiple workstreams
In this role, you will oversee the execution of projects within the ONE ERP Program, ensuring alignment with the overall roadmap and timely delivery. You will coordinate activities across business units and IT teams, manage risks, and support change adoption throughout the transformation.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Manage multiple ERP projects from planning to go-live
• Develop and maintain project plans aligned with program objectives
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure business readiness
• Oversee testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies

You will report to the Senior Manager, PMO Lead, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders. The position is based in Brøndby, Denmark, and requires approximately 25% travel.

Versatile ERP project manager with notable organizational capabilities
We are looking for someone who thrives in a structured environment and can navigate complex projects with multiple stakeholders. You are detail-oriented, responsive, and focused on generating solutions. Your skill in effective communication and building trust among teams will be vital for thriving in this role.

You also have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation or transformation programs
• Demonstrated experience with SAP projects, S/4HANA migration
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Familiarity with program management tools such as MS Project
• Very good command of MS Office and Power Point
• SAP Activate or similar certification
