Core Responsibilities
Our focus is to transform financial data into insights, driving transparency in decision-making for top management. You will play a vital role in this, by taking a leading role in the team, comfortably presenting and engaging with the CFO and collaborating broadly with finance colleagues around the world. It's a highly dynamic role and your daily tasks would include:

  • Supporting the team leader by taking ownership of Management Reporting deliverables, ensuring they are fit for purpose and delivered in the right quality at the right time
  • Becoming a strong partner towards the rest of the organization and building a broad network allowing you to extract relevant insights
  • Using, analysing, and extracting insights regarding financial performance to drive recommendations and help steer the company.
  • Preparing and synthesizing insights for senior management - Group CFO, Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors. This includes preparing deep-dive presentations for the leadership team, reacting to ongoing developments – both internally and externally
  • Connecting actual performance with financial outlooks and scenarios to provide relevant insights which form the foundation for management decisions.
  • Working with short-, medium- and long-term strategic priorities and support the continued development of our reporting, incl. digitalization and other innovation (incl. productivity and efficiency).

Play your part in our team succeeding
Corporate Reporting is a sub team within the Corporate Reporting & Planning team which is responsible for financial performance management, including reporting, planning, estimates, and continuous process improvement.

You will be part of a fun and competent team consisting of 20 colleagues, of which 8 are sitting in the corporate reporting team. Our overall aim is to build value and drive business impact for our leadership through strong financial competence and business understanding. We collaborate closely with all Finance departments across the organization. You will gain a lot of new learnings, get a deep end-to-end understanding of financial performance, and play an important part in delivering and elevating our financial reporting.

Do you have what it takes

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Finance or similar combined with a background from Finance or Audit.
  • Proven experience in a global organization, preferably with some experience within either FP&A or Business Finance.
  • Convert data and information into insights, choices and recommendations, making valuable contributions to the business and can capably and comfortably present the insights to senior leaders, adjusting style and key messages to the audience.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities by questioning initial assumptions and identifying gaps in information, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of financial narratives.
  • Delivers high-quality outputs with minimal supervision, demonstrating the ability to work independently while effectively motivating and guiding the team to achieve project goals.
  • Leads and drives strategic financial projects, contributing to the overall financial strategy and organizational objectives.
  • Actively contributes beyond individual responsibilities, playing a collaborative role within the team and the broader Corporate Finance and CFO organization.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships within the organization to extract valuable insights and foster seamless collaboration, demonstrating strong partner management skills.
  • Ability and the desire to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.
  • Fluent English skills
