As a Talent Manager in our Center of Excellence (CoE) team, you’ll play a key role in leading enterprise-wide initiatives such as organizational review, talent management, performance management, and offboarding.
Your work ensures these processes are not only executed consistently but actively used to build the right capabilities across the organization—enabling teams to contribute to our growth strategy and long-term success.
Key responsibilities
- Organizational review & talent management: Lead annual organizational reviews, talent management processes and develop frameworks for assessing potential, succession planning, and mapping critical roles. Partner with HRBPs and provide training on talent tools
- Performance management: Own the performance management framework, aligning goal-setting and evaluations with business strategy. Drive adoption of performance tools and dashboards in Workday
- Enterprise offboarding: Maintain our offboarding process to capture critical knowledge and elevate it by strengthening relationships with top talent, enabling future re-engagement and potential rehire
- Systems & reporting: Work with our Workday experts to update talent modules and develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights. Partner with the people analytics to leverage data for informed, strategic decisions
- Collaboration & integration: Work closely with HRBPs and the People Experience team, and be an integral part of the CoE that also deliver initiatives across development, onboarding, engagement, rewards, analytics, and systems
In addition, there will be room to take on other tasks as needed, so we are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to contribute beyond their core responsibilities.
How to be a success in this role
To succeed in this role, you will proactively identify and address issues that span multiple business units, drive solutions, and adapt approaches based on feedback from P&O teams. You’ll ensure talent and performance processes not only run on time and consistently across the organization but also contribute to building the organizational capabilities required to deliver on our strategy. Success also means building strong relationships with HRBPs and business leaders and making talent insights visible and actionable for leaders.

The CoE consists of highly experienced professionals that work with rewards, P&O systems, analytics, development, and talent. We align the organizational capabilities with BN’s strategy and address gaps by developing and deploying global P&O, tools, systems, and processes. For issues that span multiple business units we also own and drive the solutions.
