We are looking for an experienced CRO Lead to spearhead our experimentation agenda across the Nordics.
About the role
We are looking for lead with a deep understanding of the spectrum of conversion rate optimization and the ability to create engagement for delivering customer-centric and data-driven experimentation operations at scale. The CRO Lead will support a team of CRO Managers and work closely with various competences to drive impactful optimization initiatives, enhancing customer experiences and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities in this role:
- Foster and spread our culture of digital experimentation, continuous learning and growth across teams
- Ensure a comprehensive CRO strategy aligned with business objectives, develop our experimentation methods and ways of working accordingly, and support a team of experienced CRO managers.
- Coordinate and align experimentation efforts across the Nordics, ensuring consistency, synergy, and leveraging various competences and skills
- Business ownership of our experimentation and optimization toolkit
- Stay on top of industry trends, technological opportunities and best practices in CRO to ensure our ways of working are best-in-class and create increasing value
About the unit and team
Digital Sales & Customer Experience is a Nordic unit working with private consumer customers, being responsible for meeting increasing digital demands from our customers with an agile mindset and working methods. We are responsible for building and developing our digital offerings to create excellent customer experiences that increase sales and improve retention and customer satisfaction. The unit brings together digital sales and services, customer analytics, 1-to-1 Marketing/CRM, API product management, and UX and Service design under one roof. This role is located in a team consisting of professionals working with digital growth, e-commerce and CRO.
Who are you?
You are a natural facilitator and excel with a vast group of stakeholders. You have a customer focus combined with sales/commercial acumen, are prone to take initiative and enjoy bringing others onboard. With a strong team play attitude, you acknowledge the importance of collaboration in delivering exceptional outcomes.
We expect you to have:
- Strong skillset and experience in CRO (A/B testing methodologies, tools, digital analytics) and 5+ years experience in CRO leadership in a large company or consultancy
- Strong interpersonal skills to impactfully collaborate, inspire and create engagement cross-functionally with diverse audiences, like e-commerce managers, analysts, designers, developers marketeers and senior leaders
- Endless interest in customer behaviour, and solid understanding of user experience principles and consumer psychology
- Growth mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth and enhance user experiences and facilitate continuous improvement
- Ability for conceptual and strategic thinking to connect CRO with broader business objectives
- Excellent communication skills in both English and one Nordic language
