As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a key role in supporting the People team at Flying Tiger Copenhagen —primarily partnering with our HR Business Partners to drive recruitment activities across our Copenhagen HQ. You will help shape the early stages of the hiring process by joining intake meetings, building longlists, sourcing and engaging candidates on LinkedIn, and providing structured administrative support throughout the process. Since you will often be the first point of contact for candidates we approach, you will act as a strong ambassador for our brand and culture. Reporting to the SVP, People this is a part-time role (30 hours per week), based at our HQ in Copenhagen.
What you’ll do
- Participate in intake meetings and understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Build strong talent pipelines and longlists through proactive sourcing
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, screen, and approach relevant candidates
- Apply boolean search techniques to refine and optimise candidate searches
- Serve as the first touchpoint for many candidates and represent Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s values and culture in all outreaches
- Manage candidate communication in a timely and professional manner
- Support the People team with recruitment administration (scheduling, updates, coordination)
- Maintain accurate data in our recruitment systems and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
Others
- Secure that the recruitment process follows data processing rules and the company’s policies on data processing
- Support the People team on other HR related projects
What you bring
- 2–3 years
of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or headhunting (in-house or agency) - Strong interest in talent acquisition and eagerness to grow within the field
- Ability to act as a professional and engaging brand ambassador
- Able to adapt quickly and work with structure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills;English proficiency required
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Hands-on experience withLinkedIn Recruiter
- Practical understanding ofboolean
search techniques - Experience communicating with candidates and managing multiple recruitment tasks
- Experience from other HR areas is a benefit, but not a requirement
