Join Our Team as a Field Sales Manager for A&D, Poland
In January, Gabriel will open our first showroom in Poland. It is located in the heart of Warsaw’s vibrant Wola district, right by Rondo Daszyńskiego, one of the city’s key business hubs.
To support our exciting growth journey, we are looking for an ambitious and passionate Field Sales Manager to join our team in Poland.
Role Overview
As a Field Sales Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding Gabriel’s sales and market presence in Poland.
Your primary focus will be on architects, designers, and dealers, with activities centred around our Warsaw showroom and the A&D community in your assigned region.
You will cover approximately half of Poland, with the exact territory defined based on business needs and daily priorities.
Optionally, your responsibilities may also include the Czech Republic and potentially Slovakia.
You will work primarily from our Warsaw showroom, but remote work is possible. Most of your time will be spent visiting customers and building relationships, while collaborating closely with the existing sales team and reporting to the Sales Director for Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
Key responsibilities
- Sales and customer engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with local architects and interior designers to promote Gabriel’s fabrics and ensure they are used in customer solutions.
- Market development: Identify new markets and customer potential, and visit architects, designers, and dealers to represent Gabriel’s brand.
- Showroom activities: Plan and execute customer presentations, events, and training sessions in our Warsaw showroom.
- Product expertise: Be an expert in Gabriel’s brands and products to provide first-class advice and value-creating solutions to customers.
